Come open your lotus with Lotus Groove. We host this gathering the third Saturday of each month. Lotus Groove is a sensual exploration of movement, sound and vision. Each Groove will feature different guides,visual artists and/or musicians. Sometimes the movement will be led and will evolve into something more free--as in Trance Dance, or Danskinetics. Sometimes it will be free movement (or no movement--your choice) to mind-bending music by cutting-edge DJ's.Read a book in our lounge, make a new friend, get to know an old one...possibilities are limitless.
