ceciCeci Lester makes yoga real, practical and inclusive. She has a passion for her personal practice that permeates all that she does. Her enthusiasm and directness encourages yogis, both novice and practiced to look past their preconceived notions of yoga and discover the truth that lies within. Ceci inspires and engages her students through her determination and confidence that everyone can achieve self awareness.

Ceci’s unique style of yoga is a seamless mesh of her teacher's trainings in Kundalini Yoga with Amrit Andrew Levinson, Astanga Yoga with Wayne Krassner, and Anusara Yoga with Betsey Downing and Jaye Martin.  Ceci’s teaching style also incorporates her knowledge of yoga philosophy from her teacher's trainings and self study.  In addition to the teacher’s training listed, Ceci studied Sanskrit, mantra and yoga philosophy with Manorama Thea D'Alva.

Ceci continuously seeks self awareness and enlightenment through many avenues of study.  She uses her gained knowledge to improve her understanding of yoga and human nature.  Ceci holds a bachelor degree in Communication and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.  These areas of study enhanced her understanding of human interaction and psyche.  She also focused her study in the human body.  As a licensed massage therapist, Ceci developed an understanding of how the body moves and works together.  Her two year study to become a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant further increased her understanding of anatomy, posture and alignment direction.  Ceci uses her combined knowledge of the body and the mind to approach the instruction of yoga in a well rounded and learned way.

Ceci extensive study of yoga, human nature and the human body provides an incredible yoga experience that is beyond compare for the yoga student.  Ceci is a unique person who makes an impact on each life she touches.  Her approach to studying, teaching and living yoga is one to be emulated.

Jessica Lohrey-Cobb began practicing yoga as a way to stay in shape and quickly noticed the positive changes it was making in other areas of her life. After a life-changing motorcycle accident, Jessica's healing process led her deeper into her yoga practice. Inspired by what she had experienced, she decided to become a yoga teacher.  Jessica studied under lifelong yoga practitioner Mike Noury at Yoga of India in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the last decade she has studied various forms of yoga in the Krishnamacharya and Sivananda lineages.

Jessica holds a B.S. in Zoology and spent more than 10 years working as an environmental educator. Her interest in physiology and anatomy has fueled her exploration of yoga as therapy and as a result she is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Jessica founded her company, Tree of India as a yoga instruction business in 2007. She began to incorporate the use of essential oils into her classes and when her unique blends became popular among students and fellow yoga teachers, Tree of India Aromatherapy was born!
