New Class! Mysore Style Ashtanga with Ana Guerra. Starts Monday, June 3.
Mon/Wed/Fri 6:30am until 8:30am. See Class Descriptions page and Our Teachers page for detailed info. This IS for beginners as well as advanced. 

Therapeutic Flow w Ernesto Thursdays, 11am-12:30pm.  Therapeutic Flow is a gentle yet challenging class that utilizes specific yoga postures and sequencing to promote spinal stability, strength and flexibility. The class potentially helps heal back, joint & muscle injuries and weakness and increases healthy joint range of motion, postural alignment and balance as well as reducing stress.  This class incorporates the use of props for added support and comfort.

Ashtanga Modified Second Series with Silvie Gausman Wednesdays 6pm. Vinyasa,Twist and backbend your lil' heart out.

Our Pre-natal class is offers a "birthing buddy" class. June 3 next one!
