The students learn the four aspects of Hatha Yoga: Postures, Breathing exercises, Mudras, and Meditation. For the detailed study of postures, the students study B.K.S. Iyengar’s “Light on Yoga” and for Anatomy and Physiology, Ray Long’s “The Key Muscles of Hatha Yoga.

This material will be covered in class and homework. As part of Yoga therapy, we will be teaching Ayurveda and Yoga for Ailments.
