Meditation Monday 8pm donation class is no longer on our schedule.
No regular Ashtanga with Allie on Monday, July 1st. We still have a few spaces for the Kino MacGregor class/book signing which will take place in that time slot. Or buy a book from us, and come after class to get it signed.July 4th is a Thursday. We will offer 9am and 11am classes but will be closed the rest of the day.
