Karen G is covering Silvie's Wed. 6pm Ashtanga 2nd Series Modified Class this week.

Meditation Monday 8pm donation class is no longer on our schedule.

No regular Ashtanga with Allie on Monday, July 1st. We still have a few spaces for the Kino MacGregor class/book signing which will take place in that time slot. Or buy a book from us, and come after class to get it signed.

July 4th is a Thursday. We will offer 9am and 11am classes but will be closed the rest of the day.
