Welcome to Erin Morris to our Red Pearl Family!
Erin attended her first yoga class at 14 and was hooked. The dynamic, flowing, acrobatic nature of yoga
appealed to her as she was a gymnast most of her life.
In her mid-twenties, Erin broke her ankle and her time spent healing was not an easy one. Stuck on the couch,
without a channel for her energy, Erin began to suffer panic attacks. After her ankle recovered,it was Erin’s husband
who suggested she use yoga as a tool, not for fitness, but to manage her stress and anxiety.
Through yoga Erin re-discovered her breath, joy, control, surrender, spiritual self-awareness,
and powerful healing. As a result, Erin is deeply fascinated with yoga’s effects on mental disorders,
self esteem, stress management, and injury rehabilitation.
With a background in performing arts and dance and with a curiousness for classical yogic texts,
Erin’s teaching style is a unique blend of playfulness, tradition, alignment, and fun.
Erin earned her RYT 200 with a focus in Ashtanga Yoga, studying under Tim Feldmann,Patrick Nolan,
Kino MacGregor and Day Christensen,
Erin continues to practice daily at Miami Life Center.
She is honored by the trust of her students, humbled by the wisdom of her teachers, and so excited to continue to follow and share the ever-unfolding path of yoga
